This month started with my birthday and a new program that I co-created, Well Athletes, a conditioning program for high school students. Super exciting and fun! Plus, today is the first day of SPRING which makes me incredibly happy. I hope you are up and at ’em and springing into action.

This month, I ordered Essential Oils from my friend, Molly Schrewsberry at Love Well Live Well as a birthday gift to myself. So far, I have given everyone in my house a massage and my room smells of lavender. I’m still learning about these but I’m working on adding more calm in a very active house.

Metro West Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense Training – First Fridays – “First Friday” is a specialized, women’s-only training event. I went March 3rd and it was great information. I plan to go again, April 7th. Come join me! It will be offered on the first Friday of every month, so you can plan ahead! The classes are taught by Sensei Allison Manzella and accompanied by other certified female instructors. This event is FREE for all women interested in learning about Self-Defense and Jiu Jitsu. Both novice and experienced practitioners are welcome to join. Please feel free to bring female family and friends to the class. Any female over the age of 14 is welcome!
